Martin Garrix revealed the title and release date of his next album during an intimate Spotify event at P60 in Amstelveen on October 20. The venue has a personal history for him: as a teenager, Martin played some of his early sets there, close to his hometown.
The album is called Marty and will be released on March 5, 2027. The title reaches back to Martin’s early days as a DJ, when he performed under the name DJ Marty. It’s a nod to the name he used before the world came to know him as Martin Garrix.
Martin also shared how much of the album fans have already heard. Seven songs are known so far; seven more are still to be revealed. That leaves plenty of room for new material before the full album arrives, while giving fans a chance to follow its rollout track by track.
The announcement gives a firm date to an album Martin has been working toward for some time. At P60, he previewed unreleased music during his set, giving the invited crowd an early listen to what’s ahead. No full tracklist has been announced yet.
Marty is the name to keep in mind as new music arrives between now and March 5!
