Martin Garrix confirms Rewind Repeat It with Ed Sheeran is back and part of his upcoming album. A long-awaited track finally coming soon.

We’ve been waiting for this moment for years, and it’s finally happening. After months of hints and small signals between Martin Garrix and Ed Sheeran, the confirmation came last night during an Instagram Live, Rewind Repeat It is officially back.

As we mentioned in our article last month, the track was originally recorded in 2014. It quickly became one of the most wanted unreleased songs in the Garrix community before being cancelled due to labels and various issues. Since November 2025, things started moving again. We recently spotted Martin and Ed together in New York, and the rumors kept getting stronger.

Last night, Martin confirmed everything live. The track will be part of his upcoming album. He even teased a short snippet, and from what we heard, it sounds like the song has been reworked, likely re-recorded and reproduced to match his current sound.

There’s still no official release date, but all signs point to a release later this Spring.

During the same live, Martin also shared a few more updates. He confirmed a return to India next year, this time with multiple cities planned, not just Mumbai. He went live from Los Angeles, where he’s currently working on his upcoming Americas Tour with Gabe Fraboni, who was also in the studio. The tour is set to kick off in just two weeks.
